ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. We aim to ensure your items are carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday depending on order volume. All orders are tracked and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. Worker Clothing does not take responsibility for these costs and does not offer compensation to cover them. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing. We are not responsible for delays, orders sent to incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages after dispatch.
PRE-ORDERS A pre-order is an item available to purchase before it has been manufactured. Pre-orders occur when demand is exceptionally high. If your item is listed as a pre-order, please allow 2-4 weeks from the date of your order for your item to ship. Do not place a pre-order if you are not willing to wait the estimated timeframe. All pre-order sales are final unless your item arrives damaged.
Please note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and will not ship until all pre-order items are ready to be fulfilled. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
