Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Customers are allowed 10 days from the time of delivery to contact us to file an exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are only allowed within the continental USA.
- Return shipping fees are not covered by us.
- Sale products may not be returned.
- Defective or damaged goods can be reported to info@wkr.gg or by using our contact page to submit the defect to have the situation rectified.
Conditions for Returns
- Clothing must not be washed, dried, stretched out, or altered from the initial state in which they were delivered.
- Any odors or strong smells will not be accepted.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- All purchases must be returned in their original packaging with original tags.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 10 days of your delivery date.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Please note that we inspect all returned items. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
